Two masters of modern animation are coming to the historic
Portage Theater in Chicago to bring you The John & Bill Show.

John Kricfalusi (creator of Ren & Stimpy) is bringing armloads of cartoon fun to cover the tastes of every living being in Chicago. Rare, unseen and banned cartoons for adults highlighting each of the 7 deadly sins! John K. introduces each cartoon and confesses the sin that inspired it. (Showtime 8 PM) (ADULT CONTENT. NOT SUITABLE FOR KIDS.)

Academy Award-nominee Bill Plympton hosts the Chicago premiere of his latest feature-length animated film.
An outrageous Gothic myth from the 1950's, "Hair High" is the legend of Cherri and Spud, a teenage couple who are murdered on prom night and left for dead at the bottom of Echo Lake. Exactly one year later, their skeletal remains come back to life and they return to the prom for revenge and their justly-deserved crowns. Featuring the voices of Sarah Silverman, Don Hertzfeldt, Martha Plimpton & Matt Groening. (Showtime 8 PM) (ADULT CONTENT. NOT FOR KIDS.)

A gross but pure and Christian, child-safe matinée of rollicking cartoons for the children and celibate alike.
One lucky person in attendance will have his or her caricature drawn by John! (Showtime 1 PM)
